Small Groups

Picture
At Mallory Wesleyan Church, we are all about Bible based Small Groups! Meeting in small groups is the best way to get to know each other, connect with God's Word, and learn.

Meetings are held at the church with refreshments.  Warm community and a discussion style Bible Study are all part of each group.  Everyone is invited to come, experience and enjoy Midweek Bible Study and Home Fellowship. Check the Church Calendar, Bulletin, Website, or Facebook Group for specifics.

New Groups are always being led, typically starting in September or January. These include Membership Classes, Topical Groups, and Prayer Groups.  Our year round groups are the following:
Tues. @ 6:30 PM - with Pastor Greg Stein and Weds @ 10AM - Prayer & Share

Men's Ministry

Picture
The Mallory men's ministry purpose is to promote the Christian fellowship and support that we need as men. A wonderful benefit that goes with this is honing our individual God given skills through community projects, camping trips, and our breakfast meetings. The  “Anvil” represents our new found strength working as a team with faith and guidance from God.  The Mallory Men's Rural Ministry is open to Men of all ages. We routinely get together the 1st Saturday of every month at 8:30am over breakfast at Good Golly's Restaurant. We help serve people in our community and our church with routine work days or service projects. We have outreach events 1-2 times yearly call the Men's Feast in which men bring different kinds of meat and share God's provision. Check the church calendar for specific dates and times.

Women's Ministry (Delayed due to Covid)

Picture

Join us for Breakfast at Good Golly's in Central Square for good food and fellowship the third Saturday of every month. Check the Church Calendar for specific dates and times.  The women hold an annual crafting and time with God retreat at The High Braes each October. Every year we have a new dynamic guest speaker who shares their faith and walk with God.

Golf Ministry (Delayed due to Covid)

Men and Women Golf Ministry purpose is to promote the Christian fellowship.  We begin and end the evening in prayer.  All are welcome to attend.  We play 'Captain and Crew' Wednesday nights at Glenwood Country Club, West Monroe at 5:30pm.  (May - Sept)  You need not be an experienced golfer to join us.  This evening is great fellowship and good exercise.   We end the season with a Golf Tournament and dinner.
